Eurovision Services in Madrid is seeking an experienced Operational Account & Service Manager to join the Operations Team. You will own key customer accounts, ensure service delivery excellence, and coordinate with networks, PMO, and procurement to plan events and transmissions.

The role requires strong broadcast operations experience, budget oversight, and the ability to work across cross‑functional and remote teams. Fluent English is essential; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.

• Proven track record in broadcast operations and delivering complex service projects.

Responsabilidades

• Act as main contact for key customer accounts on operational matters.
• Ensure service delivery meets customer needs and expectations.
• Coordinate with Network Manager and PMO to prepare projects and allocate resources.
• Track project costs and report to stakeholders.
• Manage setup of international distribution networks when required.
• Support procurement and marketing with product feedback.
