Job summary

Eurovision Services in Madrid, Spain is seeking an Operational Account & Service Manager to lead client operations and delivery of broadcast services for events. You will coordinate with networks, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless transmission planning and budget control.

Qualifications

• Experience in broadcast operations or related field.
• Ability to manage complex service and project initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for key customer accounts on operational matters.
• Ensure outstanding service delivery by understanding customer needs and expectations.
• Coordinate with Network Manager to plan projects and allocate resources.
• Track and report account and event costs and budgets.
• Oversee supplier performance and contract alignment with customers.
