Job summary

Eurovision Services is seeking a temporary Service Manager to coordinate daily operations of sportive transmissions in Madrid, Spain. The role covers a weekend-focused Production Hub within the ES Operations Team, onsite based during matchdays and events.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a similar role in an international setting, with broadcasting or transmissions customer service experience, strong budget management, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar role within an international environment.
• Experience in broadcasting or transmissions customer service.
• Proven track record managing complex broadcast operations.
• Experience with technical and IT aspects of broadcast operations.
• Proven financial literacy and ability to manage large budgets efficiently.
• Data collection and reporting capabilities.
• Strong communication, teamwork and adaptability.
• Excellent communication in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders ahead of each matchday.
• Ensure resource availability, booking and efficient communication with teams ahead of a matchday.
• Support and facilitate the operational needs of the various teams.
• Communicate any last-minute updates or changes promptly to all parties involved.
• Ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
• Monitor, track, and follow up on any technical issues.
• Track and report any incidents that occur during the shift.
• Prepare and distribute a daily service report at the end of each day.
• Gather and consolidate service-related data.
• Perform administrative tasks related to the service.
