Eurovision Services in Madrid seeks a Network & Connectivity Team Leader to manage its network engineers and oversee LAN/WAN, data centers, cloud connectivity, and broadcast IP media transport. You will lead day-to-day delivery, capacity planning, and incident management while contributing technically with the team.

The role requires 6–8 years in network infrastructure and at least 2 years in a technical team lead position, with a strong background in enterprise routing, security, and broadcast

Formación

• 6–8 years of experience in network infrastructure roles.
• 2+ years in a technical team lead position with mentoring or leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record of scaling network infrastructure in complex environments.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver the network: design, build, and operate LAN/WAN, data centers, cloud connectivity, and PoPs; ensure high availability and performance.
• Lead the team: coordinate day-to-day work, on-call rotation, and provide technical escalation and mentoring.
• Plan and implement modernization: drive automation of network operations and provisioning; participate in infra projects and vendor decisions.
• Ensure security measures: collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement secure network architectures and enforce policies.
