Job summary

Cronos Europa, part of the Cronos Group, is looking for a full‑time Bid Manager (Medior/Senior, 3+ years) to join the Pre‑sales team in Greece. You will own end‑to‑end proposals from qualification to submission and handover, guiding cross‑functional teams and ensuring on‑time, high‑quality responses.

You will review CfTs/RFPs, align technical and commercial content, and maintain bid governance. Strong English and experience with EU procurement are essential, as is proficiency with MS Office and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven Bid Management, Pre-sales or Tender Project Management.
• Familiarity with EU institutions, international public procurement, or large IT services is a plus.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Bid Project Management & Governance: Lead end-to-end proposal lifecycles with bid plans and rituals.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Supervise bid teams with architects, SMEs, bid officers and partners.
• Client & Requirement Compliance: Review CfT/RFPs to ensure all requirements are met in the proposal.
• Proposal Delivery & Review: Challenge contributions for feasibility and write integrated response sections.
• Qualification & Strategy: Support BD with competitive scans and win‑probability assessments.
• Knowledge Transfer & Handover: Conduct post-submission reviews and structured handover sessions.
