Job summary

Thales Alenia Space is seeking a Bid Manager to lead end-to-end bid and proposal activities for complex opportunities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across business development, engineering, program management, and contracts to deliver compelling, compliant proposals aligned with customer expectations and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bid management or proposal management within engineering/high-technology industries.
• Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary proposals in an international environment.
• Solid understanding of commercial, contractual, financial, and technical aspects of bidding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the full bid lifecycle from qualification to submission and award.
• Develop bid strategies balancing technical, commercial, financial, and contractual factors.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams ensuring alignment and timely delivery of inputs.
• Analyze requirements, translate into action plans, and ensure compliance throughout.
• Monitor bid costs, pricing assumptions, and business case inputs with finance.
• Support customer interactions during clarification, negotiation, and finalization.

Education

Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline
