Job summary

TFS HealthScience is seeking a part-time Proposals and Contracts Senior Manager to join our CDS Dermatology team based in Barcelona. You will oversee complex proposal and contract processes, lead negotiations, and provide strategic commercial guidance to senior leadership and bid teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in the CRO industry with proven experience in proposals, budgets, and contract management, using Word, Excel, and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years in CRO with proposal development and contract management.
• Experience with client negotiations and budget development.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex proposal, contract, and change order processes.
• Serve as SME for proposals and contracts, contact for stakeholders and clients.
• Lead negotiations with clients, Legal, BD, and operations on terms and budgets.
• Provide strategic commercial guidance to senior leadership and teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; ensure compliance with SOPs.
