Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior BI Associate Director to help build and scale a world-class BI capability for Global Revenue Operations. You will partner with Revenue Operations leadership to turn complex commercial, financial, and operational data into trusted insights and actionable recommendations.

As a senior individual contributor, you will own high-impact BI initiatives from problem definition through design, build, adoption, and continuous improvement, working across datasets,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Data Technology, Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years in BI, analytics, data strategy, Revenue Operations or Commercial Operations.
• Strong experience with BI platforms, enterprise data, SQL and ETL/ELT; experience with Tagetik or equivalent planning platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Revenue Operations to identify critical business questions and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
• Design and build executive dashboards, scorecards, reporting, and analytical products that expose performance, risk, and opportunity.
• Convert complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Lead high‑impact BI initiatives from requirements and solution design through build, deployment, adoption, and optimisation.
