Job summary

Wolters Kluwer in Madrid seeks a Business Intelligence Associate Director to help build and scale a world-class BI capability for Global Revenue Operations. You will turn complex commercial, financial, and operational data into trusted insights, scalable reporting, and actionable recommendations.

As a senior individual contributor, you will own high‑impact BI initiatives from problem definition through design, build, adoption, and continuous improvement, moving between executive conversations

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI, analytics, data strategy, Revenue Operations or Commercial Operations.
• Experience delivering complex, high‑impact BI solutions.
• Strong experience with BI platforms, enterprise data, SQL and ETL/ELT.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Revenue Operations leaders to identify critical business questions and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
• Design and build executive dashboards, scorecards, reporting, and analytical products.
• Lead BI initiatives from requirements through build, deployment, adoption, and optimisation.
• Define KPIs, data definitions, calculation logic, and reporting methodologies.
