Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT/Data Technology, Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, analytics, data strategy, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operation.
• Proven experience leading and developing BI, data, or analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the BI strategy and roadmap for Global Revenue Operations.
• Build the BI operating model with governance, prioritisation, and standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing BI/analytics team.
• Deliver executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for trusted revenue insights.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Identify performance trends and root causes across the revenue lifecycle.
• Establish KPIs, definitions, and reporting standards across regions.
• Own end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of BI solutions.
• Enable self-service analytics through trusted data and training.
• Oversee data models, semantic layers, and ETL/ELT workflows.
