Pluxee is a global player in employee benefits and engagement that operates in 28 countries. You will join the Payments Squad as a Senior Backend Engineer, building the engine that moves money globally.

We design resilient, mission-critical systems where transactional precision, idempotency, and fault tolerance are at the heart of everything we do. You will contribute to designing distributed architectures, implementing testing, and driving observability and technical leadership.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience building production-grade backend services.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript and distributed systems.
• Experience with databases: MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL; Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience with high-volume, high-concurrency systems and testing.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Design resilient backend services for high-volume transactions.
• Evolve event-driven architectures to scale globally.
• Implement comprehensive testing and performance simulations.
• Ensure observability and proactive incident response.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews and mentoring.
