Pluxee is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build and optimize robust backend services that power our global employee benefits platform. You will contribute to a high-performance stack with TypeScript, Node.js and MongoDB, ensuring reliability, security and maintainability.

You will collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to ship features, improve performance and evolve architectures.

Formación

• Proven experience developing production applications in Node.js or other similar languages.
• Strong understanding of backend architectures and scalable systems.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and data modeling.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and automated testing.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-tested code.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
