Pluxee España is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to join the Payments Squad and build the engine that processes money globally. You will design resilient services, evolve architectures, and ensure high data integrity with extensive testing and observability.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, collaboration with React/React Native teams, and a strong focus onPayments, idempotency, and fault tolerance, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience building production-grade backend applications.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, race conditions, idempotency and eventual consistency.
• Experience with payments, gateways (Stripe/Adyen) or ledger/reconciliation processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and optimize resilient backend services for high-volume traffic.
• Evolve distributed architectures into scalable, event-driven systems.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and performance simulations.
• Monitor production services and improve observability.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews and mentoring.
• Leverage AI tools daily to speed up development and improve processes.
