Pluxee is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join the Payments Squad and help build the engine that moves money globally. You will design resilient backend services, ensure data consistency, and contribute to scalable, event-driven architectures.

You will work with Node.js/TypeScript, MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern observability tools, and you will mentor juniors while leveraging AI tools to speed delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years of production-grade backend experience.
• Experience in Node.js ecosystem is a plus.
• Deep understanding of race conditions, eventual consistency and idempotency.
• Familiarity with banking/payments systems or reconciliation is a plus.
• AI-powered problem solving and proactive learning.

Responsabilidades

• Design for resilience: build robust backends for high-volume traffic with strong data consistency.
• Evolve distributed architectures into scalable, event-driven solutions.
• Ensure quality with unit, integration, and acceptance testing and load testing.
• Improve observability and monitor service health in production.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews and mentoring.
• Leverage AI tools daily to accelerate development and automate tasks.
