Задачи

• Own paid acquisition across Google Search, Meta, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels
• Define and manage CPL, MQL, SQL, and demo conversion targets across markets and channels
• Build and iterate campaign architecture for B2B SaaS lead generation
• Manage keyword strategy, audience segmentation, bid strategy, creative testing, and landing page alignment
• Own the marketing-sales feedback loop to improve lead quality and pipeline conversion
• Manage multi-market execution across France, Spain, Italy, and Portugal
• Build and maintain performance dashboards in HubSpot, GA4, or similar tools
• Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and bid strategies
• Translate experiment results into scalable insights
• Present performance analysis and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Требования

• 5+ Years of hands-on performance marketing experience focused on B2B SaaS or B2B tech lead generation
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, including search campaigns, non-brand strategy, tCPA, tROAS, smart bidding, quality score optimization, and multi-market execution
• Solid Meta Ads experience in lead generation, including CRM-based audiences, lead generation campaigns, and CPL optimization
• Fluency in pipeline KPIs including CPL, MQL, SQL, demo conversion, and CAC
• Experience working directly with sales teams to improve lead quality
• Experience with HubSpot or an equivalent CRM for attribution, pipeline tracking, and campaign optimization
• Experience with GA4 and GTM for reporting and data-driven decision-making
• Hands-on ability to build and optimize campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on experimentation and quick iteration
• Fluent in English
• Nice to have: Spanish, French, Italian or Portuguese, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, SA360, multi-market European campaign experience, SQL or Python for deeper data analysis, B2B SaaS or B2B tech industry background.
