IE University in Madrid seeks a Senior Associate Director to own the Master in Management and Strategy programs end-to-end, coordinating academics, student experience, and faculty relationships. You will supervise program design, policy, and complex student and faculty situations within the MIM and MIMStrat umbrella.

Qualified candidates bring 8+ years in operations or project management, with graduate education experience and fluency in English and Spanish.

• Define, implement and maintain program best practices and policies across intakes.

Overview

TheMasterin Management Program (MIM) is one ofIEBusiness School's flagship programs. It is a full-time, 15-month program, which can be pursued in English or Bilingual. The program is geared toward recent graduates looking for an innovative, internationally acclaimedmaster'sprogram in management. It enrolls approximately 650 students per year, in two intakes (September and January), with up to 65 nationalities per intake.

The Senior Associate Director is a senior individual contributor within the program management team, reporting to the Executive Director of theMasterin Management Program. Alongside the standard MIM, this role takes end-to-end ownership of theMaster in Managementand Strategy (MIMStrat), andacts as a reference point for the wider team on program design, policy and complex student and faculty situations.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position inMadrid - María de Molina.

Responsibilities

Your role as a Senior Associate Director will involve:

• End-to-end ownership ofMIMStrat: academic calendar, student journey, facultycoordinationand continuous improvement of the program, working closely with the Executive Director and the Vice Dean.

• Daily management of the student information and experience across theMasterin Management Programs, acting as the escalation point for complex or sensitive student and faculty situations.

• Leading transversal projects that shape the program (e.g.international exchanges, internships, capstoneproject, dual degrees), from definition through to rollout and review.

• Interaction with students and faculty either in personal face-to-face meetings, via email or other platforms, as well as presentations and info sessions to sections or the entirecohort. Maintain a professional and friendly, customer-oriented approach in this interaction.

• Defining,implementingandmaintainingprogram best practices and policies, and ensuring they are applied consistently across intakes.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Master'sdegreedesirable.

• Minimum of 8 years of operations and/or project management experience, including ownership of cross-functional projects from designthrough todelivery.

• Experience in the Higher Education industry, ideally in graduate program management.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the judgment to prioritize across several parallel workstreams.

• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders and faculty, with proven public speaking skills and experience presenting to large audiences.

• Advanced command of the Office package, in particular Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). Experience using AI tools in day-to-day work is ideal.

• Comfortable working with program data and using it to inform decisions and recommendations.

• Fluency (written & oral) in English and Spanish isa must.

• Occasional international travel (1 per year)
