IE University in Madrid seeks an Associate Director for the Global BBA to oversee program delivery and strategic management across partner universities. You will coordinate with faculty, admissions, marketing and campus life to ensure an outstanding experience for the inaugural cohort and maintain rigorous records.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), bilingual English and Spanish, 2–5 years of experience, international exposure, and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

Overview

As an Associate Director at IE University, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and strategic management of the new Global BBA program. This dynamic new program has students complete their bachelor’s degree in business administration across four different universities, spending each year of the program in a new city. This role involves acting as a key liaison between students, faculty, and multiple IE and partner university departments, ensuring alignment and excellence across all touchpoints. Additionally, you will lead the management and student experience of the Global BBA and ensure the effective implementation of institutional guidelines and policies. Through your leadership, creativity and attention to detail, you will contribute to delivering a consistently outstanding learning experience for the inaugural cohort of the Global BBA.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.

Responsibilities

Your role as a Associate Director Global BBA will involve:

• Collaborate closely with Global BBA and Business School team to identify, organize, coordinate, and report on the numerous activities for the program's students.
• Act as a liaison with Directors, professors and external stakeholders, facilitating the coordination of both curricular and extracurricular activities.
• Provide support in management, communications, and problem-solving with students and faculty members.
• Foster collaboration with various IE and partner university departments such as Admissions, Marketing, Communications, Planning, Documentation, Campus Life, Registrar´s Office and Maintenance to ensure the seamless execution of programs, extracurricular, and transversal activities.
• Maintain meticulous records and compile information pertaining to various initiatives and special projects.
• Contributes to the design and implementation of activities designed specifically for the Global BBA program.
• Travel with students on extracurricular and curricular activities.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Bilingual, or advanced proficiency, in both English and Spanish (written and oral), with substantial professional experience in both languages.
• 2-5 years of professional experience is required.
• International experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• The candidate will demonstrate solid customer management skills, the ability to work under pressure, and high level of accountability.
• Experience in multi-stakeholder environments, as well as excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation, is essential.
• Candidates must possess a valid EU work permit
• Willingness to travel!
