IE University’s Business School in Madrid seeks an Associate Director for the Master in Management Programs to lead program operations and student experience for the 11-month MIM program, offered in English or bilingual formats.

The role reports to the Executive Director and involves managing cross-functional projects, international exchanges, internships, and capstone/dual-degree initiatives while engaging students and faculty through sessions, meetings, and communications.

Formación

• Master’s degree desirable.
• Good organizational skills. Attention to detail.
• Fluency (written & oral) in English and Spanish is a must.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of operations and/or project management experience.
• Occasional international travel (1 per year).

Responsabilidades

• Daily management of student information and experience throughout the program.
• Coordinate transversal projects (International exchanges, internships, capstone project, dual degrees…).
• Interact with students and faculty via meetings, email or other platforms as well as presentations and info sessions to sections or the entire cohort.
• Maintain a professional and customer‑oriented approach in this interaction.
• Implement and maintain program best practices and policies.

Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? IE University's Business School is looking for an Associate Director Master in Management Programs to join its team!

The Masterin Management Program (MIM) is one of IE Business School´s flagship programs. It is a full-time, 11-month program, which can be pursued in English or Bilingual. The program is geared toward recent graduates looking for an innovative, internationally acclaimedmaster’sprogram in management. It enrolls approximately 650 students per year, in two intakes (September and January), with up to 65 nationalities per intake.

The Associate Directors are key members of the program management team and report to the Executive Director of the Masterin Management Program.

Responsibilities

Your role as Associate Director will involve:

Qualifications

• Master’s degree desirable.
• Good organizational skills. Attention to detail.
• Fluency (written & oral) in English and Spanish is a must.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of operations and/or project management experience. Good knowledge of the Higher Education industry is a plus.
• Occasional international travel (1 per year)
