Formación

Responsibilities

Your role as a Executive Director will involve:

• Program Proposal:Apply consulting skills to develop proposals that are in line withthe corporateclients’ strategic goals and provide meaningful educational experiences, using the support of internal faculty andexperience within the area.

• Client Engagement:Engage consistently with clients, understanding theirobjectivesand offering support throughout the program’s duration.Expert in navigating complex challenges and client dynamics to ensure a seamless and rewarding experience for everyone involved.

• Leadership & Coordination:Direct program planningandteam coordination.Supportthe team, academicdirectors,and faculty throughout the processes.It is key tobeable tonavigate inany type ofcompanystructures.

• Process Innovation:Encourage the adoption of technology and data analysis to improve both client-facing and internal processes.

• Dashboard Mastery:Utilizeadvanced dashboards to analyze complex data, guidingdecision-making,and program improvements.

Key tasks:

• ProposalDevelopment:Create detailed program proposals that reflect a consultative approach, integrating insights and outlining content, structure, timing, and costs.

• ProgramManagement:Lead the program’s planning and preparation, ensuring full collaboration with all stakeholders.Responsibleonbringing structure andclarityofanysituationto all involvedstakeholdersin the project.

• Operational Oversight: Manage the team’s administrative duties, ensuring preparations are data-driven and meet the highest standards.

• Program Delivery Assurance: Guarantee the smooth delivery of programs, with all materials ready and adaptable to any necessary changes.

• Reference within the team:Supporting the teamon solving problemswiththe use oftheexistingresources orhelping them develop new ones.

Qualifications

• Amaster’sdegree desirable.
