Job summary

Greystar in Madrid is seeking a Senior Analyst in Asset Management to lead analytical reporting, improve data integrity, and support the Asset Manager with recommendations. You will own portfolio performance data, budgets, and capital planning alongside the Investments team.

The role requires 2+ years in analytics within asset management or related finance, advanced Excel, and familiarity with Python/SQL. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred; opportunities for growth and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in finance or related field preferred.
• CFA/MBA/relevant MSc qualifications are desirable.
• IT literate with MS Office including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Python, SQL or similar tools to automate reporting is a strong plus.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy and integrity of key recurring reporting—portfolio performance, market comps and pricing, lender reporting, and budget-to-actuals reconciliation.
