Job summary

Greystar seeks a Senior Analyst in Asset Management to lead analytical reporting and advisory support for the Asset Manager. You will own data quality, build robust financial models and contribute to budgets and strategic initiatives, working with cross-functional teams.

You will leverage advanced Excel, PowerPoint and emerging tools (Python/SQL/AI) to automate insights and present findings to leadership in Spanish/English contexts.

Qualifications

• Two+ years' experience in asset management, investment banking, private equity or similar.
• Highly numerate and detail-oriented with strong modelling and analytical skills.
• Ability to deliver accurate, reliable reporting under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own accuracy and integrity of key recurring reporting: portfolio performance, market comps, pricing, lender reporting and budget-to-actual reconciliations.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities from portfolio data and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects from initiation to execution.
• Build and maintain financial models to project cash flows and investment returns for decision-making.
• Lead budgeting and business planning processes for senior management and partners.
• Prepare materials for reporting to capital partners and present to external stakeholders.
• Monitor leasing performance and propose rent/concession strategies with the commercial team.
• Monitor market data and flag material shifts to leadership.
• Improve reporting systems and data capture across the business.
• Support onboarding and guidance of junior team members.
