Job summary

Hines is seeking an Analyst - Asset Management in Madrid to lead asset management activities for portfolio properties. You will perform financial modelling, market analysis and comprehensive reporting while coordinating with owners, lenders and internal teams.

The role combines hands-on asset management with data analytics and scenario planning to drive value, oversee leasing activity, and support capital transactions. Strong Excel, Argus and real estate data tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years in commercial real estate with asset/property management exposure.
• Independent worker with high integrity and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as interface between owner, lender and internal teams.
• Monitor operating, financial and leasing performance; develop strategies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual property reporting.
• Develop hold/sell recommendations and assess market trends.
• Assist capital transactions, refinancing and dispositions.
• Use AI-enabled tools to enhance data analysis and reporting.
