Job summary

Livensa Living in Madrid, Spain, is seeking an Asset Analyst to bridge the financial and investment side of the business with the operational performance of our properties.

You will support long-term asset strategy, conduct market and catchment analysis, assist with renovation projects, perform site visits and advise the Senior Asset Manager.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in asset management for shopping centers, retail or hospitality and a BA or BS degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive experience in asset management within shopping centers, retail or hospitality.
• Knowledge and interest in real estate and/or retail development, leasing, property management operations.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support defining and delivering the long-term strategic direction for each asset, value creation, 360 view and competitive position.
• Holds a strategic view and the vision on the asset and a deep understanding of the market, catchment area and the customer.
• Assist with renovation projects on standing assets.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and reviews on a regular basis and advises the Senior Asset Manager.
• Acts as an owner of his/her portfolio of assets.
• Participates in improving processes/tools/“ways of working”
• Any other task required for the role
