Greystar seeks a Senior Analyst in Asset Management to lead analytical reporting and advisory support for the Asset Manager. You will own data quality, build robust financial models and contribute to budgets and strategic initiatives, working with cross-functional teams.
You will leverage advanced Excel, PowerPoint and emerging tools (Python/SQL/AI) to automate insights and present findings to leadership in Spanish/English contexts.
Asset Management sits within the Investments division, alongside Acquisitions and Portfolio Management, working closely with Operations to execute asset-level investment strategies across the business's residential sectors and deliver performance targets in line with the Business Plan. As a Senior Analyst within the team, you will take a lead analytical and advisory role supporting the Asset Manager in the day-to-day management of the assets, with greater autonomy, ownership of reporting integrity, and a proactive voice in shaping recommendations - while also supporting the wider team and other internal functions.
You’re an analytical finance professional with at least two years’ experience in asset management, investment banking, private equity or a similar environment. Highly numerate and detail-oriented, you bring strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills, with a track record of delivering accurate, reliable reporting under tight deadlines.
Confident with advanced Excel and PowerPoint, you enjoy finding smarter ways to work, using tools such as Python, SQL and AI to automate reporting and improve insight. A proactive self-starter, you take ownership, challenge assumptions and turn complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders. Fluent in both Spanish and English, you communicate with confidence and bring the commercial judgement to make a meaningful impact.
We include a range of benefits for our corporate team members, including competitive pension, healthcare, and holiday allowance, amongst others as standard. Please reach out if you are keen to knowa more.
