Job summary

Phiture in Barcelona is seeking a seasoned Senior ASO Consultant to lead global ASO and CRO initiatives for top mobile apps. You will report to the Growth Lead, drive client projects, and mentor team members in a multidisciplinary marketing environment.

You’ll design strategies rooted in user behavior, experimentation, and language-aware optimization, delivering measurable growth for clients worldwide while maintaining high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ASO or related fields (e.g., CRO, performance marketing).
• Solid knowledge of ASO and mobile marketing, with emphasis on performance.
• Strategic mindset with experimentation, hypothesis testing, and user behavior analysis.
• Strong research skills and a data-driven approach.
• Curiosity and adaptability to learn ASO technical aspects.
• Excellent client management skills in an agency setting.
• Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead ASO and CRO-driven strategies for global clients with scalable impact.
• Mentor team members and guide Growth Managers in analytics and strategy.
