Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Growth Consultant – ASO – maternity cover based in Spain. You will lead ASO and CRO initiatives, drive app store performance, and mentor Growth Managers within a multidisciplinary team.

You will design experiments, optimize campaigns, and apply user behavior insights to deliver data-driven client solutions across markets and languages. This fixed-term remote role lasts 10–12 months, with an immediate start possible.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ASO or related digital growth roles.
• Strong ASO and mobile marketing understanding.
• Experience with experimentation and hypothesis testing.
• Data-driven problem solving and analytics proficiency.
• Agency/consulting background is a plus.
• Excellent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead ASO and CRO strategies for global clients across markets.
• Advise on growth priorities, roadmaps, and app performance.
• Design experimentation plans to improve campaigns and conversions.
• Lead KWO projects to boost app visibility globally.
• Develop testing strategies for app store assets.
• Apply user insights and trends to growth strategies.
• Mentor Growth Managers and strengthen analytical skills.
• Contribute to mobile marketing best practices.
