Job summary

Phiture, the mobile growth consultancy, seeks an ASO-focused Growth Manager to lead client ASO projects across global apps with millions of users. You’ll drive strategies, run experiments, and collaborate with designers, translators, and cross-functional teams.

Please bring 2+ years in mobile marketing, at least 1 year ASO, strong data skills with Excel/Sheets, excellent English, and solid PM abilities. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities to shape ASO outcomes

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mobile marketing experience.
• At least 1 year ASO experience.
• Data-driven with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
• Flexible, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead ASO projects for diverse apps and manage client accounts.
• Be the main client contact in meetings across markets and languages.
• Support Senior Consultants and Growth Leads in ASO strategy and execution.
• Brief designers and translators on assets and localization.
• Run experiments and A/B tests for client results.
• Monitor keyword rankings, conversion rate, and experiment effectiveness.
• Develop ASO methods and strategies for client success and competitive edge.
• Stay updated on tools, technologies, and ASO best practices.
• Produce content for our ASO knowledge base and Stack publication.
