UST España & Latam seeks a Senior Application Support Engineer to own Level 3 support for the bank's Client Lifecycle Management system within an agile team. You will diagnose incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure operational readiness across multi-tier applications with PL/SQL/SQL and basic Java skills.

Collaborate with IT Service Owners and users to maintain high availability, manage releases, and drive lifecycle improvements while benefiting from flexible work options and career

Formación

• Experience in Level 3 application support within an agile organization.
• Strong knowledge of database development concepts for troubleshooting.
• Banking knowledge in CRM, account opening, and compliance.
• Basic Java knowledge for analysis.
• Linux/Unix administration for logs and configurations.
• Experience in Release and Product Lifecycle Management.
• Familiarity with standard software parameterization.

What we look for?

As a Senior Application Support Engineer for the bank s Client Lifecycle Management system, you will be the key expert for Level 3 application support, ensuring consistent and accurate service delivery.

Your focus is on maintaining and optimizing the solution, managing incidents and problems, and ensuring operational readiness.

You will work in an agile organization, supporting multi-tier applications and performing root cause analysis. This requires strong experience with database concepts (PL/SQL, SQL) for troubleshooting, as well as basic Java understanding and Linux/Unix administration skills for tasks such as navigating file systems, analyzing logs, and managing configurations.

You will collaborate closely with application users, IT Service Owners and other stakeholders to guarantee smooth operations and high availability.

• Proven experience in Level 3 application support within an agile organization
• Strong understanding of database development concepts (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) for troubleshooting
• Banking knowledge in CRM, account opening, and compliance is must
• Basic Java knowledge for application-level analysis
• Solid Linux/Unix administration skills for operational tasks (logs, scripts, navigation)
• Experience in Release and Product Lifecycle Management
• Familiarity with operating standard software and parameterization
