NIQ is seeking a Senior Manager, Antibot Engineering based in Spain to lead a distributed team across Western Europe and Algeria. You will translate strategy into actionable objectives, balance retailer priorities with R&D, and drive a measurable impact on Antibot capabilities.

You will work across Web Data Acquisition, Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver scalable, durable solutions and mentor engineering managers and engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or related tech fields.
• 3+ years of people management, leading engineers or teams.
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms, automation, observability, incident management, and engineering quality practices.
• Strong leadership, prioritization, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to lead across countries and cultures and influence teams beyond direct reports.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead part of the global Antibot Engineering organization.
• Translate strategy into team objectives, priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Balance retailer work with long‑term R&D projects and track progress.
• Provide visibility into priorities, progress, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
• Develop and retain the team across Western Europe and Algeria.
• Own and drive the R&D roadmap for the assigned scope.
