You will coordinate across Business, DDIT, Architecture, Security, Finance, and external partners while ensuring governance and financial control.

You will drive AI, automation, and robotics initiatives with clear business value, ensuring architecture, privacy, and regulatory compliance throughout deployment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project and program management experience in global, multi-country, and regulated environments.
• Proven accountability for large, cross-functional programs with multiple projects, vendors, regions, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience delivering enterprise technology capabilities from strategy to deployment and handover.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to translate technical details into business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end leadership of a portfolio of cross-functional REFS technology programs.
• Translate REFS strategy into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Governance and reporting across senior leadership with risk, dependency, and investment management.
• Lead multi-vendor delivery, contracts, and change control with financial accountability.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, change management, and adoption for program success.
