Wolters Kluwer in Spain is seeking a Senior Product Software Engineer (AI native) to own software solutions from discovery through production, translating customer and business needs into secure, scalable products.

You will collaborate across stakeholders, apply AI-assisted development, mentor peers, ensure security and compliance, and drive end-to-end delivery with a focus on reliability and maintainability.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in product software engineering.
• Ability to apply application security controls including secure coding, access control, authentication, and security testing.
• Ability to respond to change swiftly, with emphasis on continuous improvement and adaptive planning.
• Ability to structure software to be understandable, changeable, secure, operable, and testable.

Responsabilidades

• Own software solutions from discovery through production.
• Translate customer, business, and technical requirements into sustainable outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance through design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and improve reliability and security.
• Collaborate with product, design, architecture, operations, and security teams.
