Keysight in Barcelona is seeking an experienced R&D Software Operating Manager to lead connectivity software engineering for Keysight products and industry solutions. You will manage a team of engineers and drive the end-to-end software lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

Key focus areas include DevOps modernization, quality practices, AI-assisted development, and ensuring architecture alignment with long-term platform goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in CS/CE or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience in R&D.
• Experience leading R&D efforts in complex test & measurement hardware environments.
• Proven track record delivering multi-disciplinary products end-to-end.

Responsabilidades

• Lead software teams responsible for Keysight IO Libraries and Connectivity components.
• Drive project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee DevOps, quality practices, and modernization for reliability and security.
• Champion AI-assisted development to increase value for the team and products.
• Mentor team members and align software capabilities with future architectures.
