NN Digital Hub Iberia S.L. in Madrid, Spain, is seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer to build scalable AI capabilities from RAG pipelines to model serving. You will define the reference MLOps stack, standardize CI/CD and environment promotion, and implement governance and telemetry across multi-environment releases.

Formación

• 5+ years in MLOps/SRE or platform engineering with production ML/AI workloads.
• Experience with Databricks MLflow; enterprise CI/CD.
• Design/operation of multi-env releases (dev→test→prod) with approvals, secrets, and identity; IaC and cloud networking on Azure and/or AWS.
• Familiarity with governance, SLOs, incident response, and cost management.

Responsabilidades

• Define reference MLOps stack for the Agentic Platform; CI/CD patterns and environment promotion with approvals.
• Standardize serving topologies: Databricks serverless vs Kubernetes/Seldon with decision records and SLOs.
• Implement evaluation/monitoring: MLflow-based evaluation, drift/quality checks, and end-to-end telemetry dashboards.
• Enforce Unity Catalog lineage/policies and capture approvals/evidence for audits.
• Operate the Platform to SLOs: incident response, capacity planning, cost optimization, post-mortems, and continuous improvement.
