Jobgether is partnering with a company seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Agents based in Spain. You will build and operate agentic systems, orchestrate tools, manage context, and implement evaluation pipelines in a largely remote role.

You will own features end to end, mentor peers, and influence the technical direction of our AI-powered products. You will work in an early-stage product environment with a strong emphasis on reliability, fast iteration, and customer impact, collaborating

Formación

• 8+ years building and shipping production software systems.
• Proven experience building AI agents used by real users with tool use and orchestration.
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals and scalable, observable systems.
• Ability to deliver user-facing features and improve them from data and feedback.
• Ownership mindset across scoping, architecture, rollout, and iteration.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate production-grade agentic systems delivering value to developers and end users.
• Develop core agent infrastructure: orchestration, tool execution, context management, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Own projects end to end from scope to post-launch improvements.
• Collaborate with Product and other teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers and share knowledge across the organization.
