Jobgether is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer, Enterprise in Spain to design and evolve distributed services for enterprise platforms. You will own production systems, focusing on observability, reliability, and scalable architecture, working across product, security, legal, and infrastructure teams.

The role offers a highly technical, AI-driven environment with strong emphasis on ownership, autonomy, and execution speed, and remote-friendly arrangements across Europe.

Formación

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with backend focus.
• Strong design and implementation of distributed backend services.
• Production systems experience: observability, incidents, reliability.
• Experience with security, compliance, and data governance in enterprise platforms.
• Proven ability to lead multi-team initiatives and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain distributed backend services for enterprise customers.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of production systems, including deployment and monitoring.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Break down large initiatives into structured, iterative plans across teams.
• Collaborate with product, security, legal, and infrastructure teams.
• Define health metrics and use observability tools to ensure reliability.
• Contribute to architectural decisions for long-term platform evolution.
