Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Owner (Application Experience) in Spain for a high-ownership AI-driven product. You will own the end-to-end journey from MVP to production, shaping the roadmap, and coordinating across Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, and Support to ensure reliability and user trust.

You will design human-in-the-loop processes, set measurable success criteria, and lead the team through scale while managing sensitive-data considerations and compliance.

Formación

• 5+ years in Product Ownership or Product Management in data-driven environments.
• Experience taking prototype or early-stage capability to a customer-facing product.
• Ownership of product quality, reliability, and operational processes post-launch.
• Experience defining AI quality frameworks and measurable standards.
• Experience running live customer-facing products with monitoring and incident workflows.
• Ability to shape teams, define roles, and scale the organization as needed.
• Comfort with AI/LLM products and balancing quality, cost, and UX.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product end-to-end from MVP through launch and scale.
• Translate vision into a structured roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Maintain a high-quality backlog with epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Design human-in-the-loop interactions; determine autonomy vs human review.
• Establish success criteria for quality, coverage, and operational metrics.
• Handle legal, consent, compliance, and sensitive-data considerations.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, Support, Marketing.
• Treat the product as a live service; adapt to changing third-party environments.
• Define operating cadence with health indicators, reviews, and escalation rules.
• Shape and grow the engineering/operational team as needs rise.
• Recruit and develop capabilities to scale the prototype to production.
• Provide clear engineering specs and practical operating models.
• Continuously evaluate performance using real-world feedback and data.
