Jobgether is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (New Business) based in Spain to design, build, and scale features using Node.js, React (Next.js), and TypeScript for a high-traffic data annotation platform.

You will own features end-to-end, collaborate with product teams, review code, mentor peers, and explore AI-enabled workflows to boost productivity and platform capabilities, with a fully remote-friendly setup.

Formación

• Proficient in backend fundamentals and scalable architectures.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and clean code/testing practices.
• Ability to design, compare options, and select optimal solutions.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.
• Strong communication across engineering and product teams.
• Nice to have Tailwind CSS and design systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack features using Node.js, React (Next.js), and TypeScript for a high-traffic data annotation platform.
• Own features from concept to production, including architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and optimize systems handling large-scale multimodal datasets (images, audio, video, documents).
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to define technical requirements and propose scalable solutions.
• Review code, mentor teammates, and contribute to engineering best practices and continuous improvement.
• Experiment with AI-driven tools to enhance productivity and platform capabilities.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability across complex workflows.
