Jobgether is seeking a Staff AI Engineer, Payments Intelligence, based in Spain. You will shape the architecture and delivery of AI systems for a global payments platform, building production-grade AI agents and LLM pipelines while mentoring engineers and setting technical direction.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, deliver high‑impact AI initiatives, and ensure reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance across markets.

Formación

• Extensive software engineering experience building production LLM/AI‑agent systems.
• Strong experience with multi‑step agents, tool use, orchestration, memory, and RAG.
• Advanced English; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture and technical direction of AI agents and Payments Intelligence systems.
• Design, develop, and productionize LLM and agentic AI systems for reliability and low latency.
• Build multilingual conversational experiences across channels and partners.
