Remote is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineering leader to scale Remote Build’s solutions engineering, ensuring high-quality technical discovery and alignment with product vision, including architecting AI agent workflows that automate and scale work.

You will own executive relationships, drive commercial outcomes, shape GTM and enablement programs, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, Partnerships, and Legal. This is a fully remote role with async work and broad global impact.

Formación

• Proven track record leading a solutions engineering function and teams.
• Strong executive stakeholder management across internal/external partners.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and operational rigor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tell technical stories to execs.
• Hands-on design of AI agent workflows, with safety and iteration.
• Domain experience in HRTech, payroll, or HCM.
