Jobgether is seeking a Senior Growth Engineer based in Spain to join a partner-led team shaping marketing technology and data-driven growth. You will architect and productionize tracking systems, enable AI-powered workflows, and collaborate with Growth, Sales, and Partnerships to translate hypotheses into scalable solutions.

The role blends hands-on software engineering with instrumentation ownership, privacy-aware measurement, and robust data infrastructure to support decisive growth

Formación

• Strong professional experience in software engineering with production-grade systems.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and distributed systems.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of marketing tracking, privacy changes, and data activation platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain server-to-server integrations with major advertising and marketing platforms (Meta CAPI, Google server-to-server, AppsFlyer).
• Own end-to-end web and app tracking parity and related configurations (SKAN).
• Establish and maintain marketing tracking standards (event naming, schema versioning, consent management).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business hypotheses into technical requirements.
• Develop data infrastructure supporting attribution models and integrations with spend APIs.
