ERNI in Cataluña is seeking a senior AI/ML engineer to shape a governance-first, enterprise-grade conversational analytics platform. You will leverage Python, SQL, Snowflake, and advanced analytics to deliver reliable, explainable AI-powered insights.

You will design, build and operate the agent framework, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor others, and contribute to project-wide quality, security, and compliance.

Formación

• Strong production experience developing Python applications.
• Advanced SQL with analytics, window functions and performance tuning.
• Hands-on prompt engineering and LLM agent architectures (ReAct, plan-and-execute).
• Experience with Snowflake, data modelling, and conversational analytics or text-to-SQL solutions.
• Experience orchestrating AI agents using LangGraph or comparable frameworks.
• Experience with AI evaluation, observability, and CI/CD for production AI systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build an enterprise conversational analytics agent for governed clinical operations data.
• Implement agent orchestration, semantic integrations, evaluation frameworks and observability capabilities.
• Ensure traceability, security, and responsible AI practices across critical business domains.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a governance-first environment focused on quality and innovation.
