ERNI - Swiss Software Engineering seeks a senior AI engineer to design and operate an enterprise conversational analytics agent for clinical operations data. You will implement agent orchestration, semantic integrations and observability while ensuring traceability, security and high-quality answers in a governance-first setting.

• : Strong production experience with Python in real-world apps.
• : Advanced SQL with analytics, window functions and performance tuning.
• : Hands-on prompt engineering and LLM agent orchestration (ReAct or plan-and-execute).
• : Experience with Snowflake, data modelling and conversational analytics or text-to-SQL solutions.
• : Experience orchestrating AI agents using LangGraph or similar frameworks.
• : AI evaluation, observability and CI/CD practices for production-grade AI systems.
