ERNI - Swiss Software Engineering is building an AI-powered platform for enterprise knowledge and decision support. You will work with LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs and cloud-native tech to deliver scalable AI capabilities for the Pharma sector.

Formación

• Strong software engineering experience building production-grade apps with Python as primary language.
• Additionally experience in TypeScript, Node.js, FastAPI, Java or Rust.
• Hands-on experience developing LLM-powered applications using Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Bedrock, Gemini or Anthropic.
• Proven experience designing RAG and GraphRAG solutions with knowledge graphs, embeddings, vector search, semantic chunking and retrieval optimization.
• Experience implementing agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LangFuse or Haystack.
• Experience designing cloud-native microservices and APIs with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop AI-powered capabilities based on LLMs, RAG and Synthetic AI Personas.
• Build scalable backend services and enterprise integrations.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects and engineering teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Focus on quality, performance and scalability while delivering reliable AI features.
