ERNI in Cataluña is seeking a senior AI/ML engineer to shape a governance-first, enterprise-grade conversational analytics platform. You will leverage Python, SQL, Snowflake, and advanced analytics to deliver reliable, explainable AI-powered insights.

You will design, build and operate the agent framework, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor others, and contribute to project-wide quality, security, and compliance.

Formación

• Strong production experience developing Python applications.
• Advanced SQL with analytics, window functions and performance tuning.
• Hands-on prompt engineering and LLM agent architectures (ReAct, plan-and-execute).
• Experience with Snowflake, data modelling, and conversational analytics or text-to-SQL solutions.
• Experience orchestrating AI agents using LangGraph or comparable frameworks.
• Experience with AI evaluation, observability, and CI/CD for production AI systems.

What you will bring

• Strong production experience developing applications in Python.
• Advanced SQL expertise including analytical queries, window functions and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, function calling and LLM agent architectures such as ReAct or plan-and-execute.
• Experience with Snowflake, data modelling and conversational analytics or text-to-SQL solutions.
• Experience orchestrating AI agents using LangGraph or comparable agent frameworks
• Experience with AI evaluation, observability and CI/CD practices for production-grade AI systems.

You will be responsible for designing, building and operating an enterprise conversational analytics agent for governed clinical operations data. You will implement agent orchestration, semantic integrations, evaluation frameworks and observability capabilities while ensuring traceability, security, responsible AI practices and high-quality answers across critical business domains.
