Orbio AI is seeking an AI Governance Engineer to design and implement governance frameworks for safe, compliant AI deployments across global enterprises. This full-time hybrid role is based in Barcelona, combining onsite collaboration with remote work and close coordination with engineering, product, and compliance teams.

You will develop guardrails, monitor model behavior, and translate regulatory guidelines into technical controls, contributing to governance processes as the platform evolves.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on backend/infrastructure software development experience.
• Experience with NLP and neural networks and deployment considerations.
• Experience designing governance, risk, or compliance frameworks for AI or software systems.
• Proficiency in Python or Java and familiarity with cloud/MLOps practices.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, with solid documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define policies and guardrails for AI systems across global deployments.
• Develop tools for monitoring and auditing model behavior and performance.
• Analyze patterns in agent decision-making to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Translate regulatory and ethical guidelines into technical controls and best practices.
