ERNI - Swiss Software Engineering seeks a senior AI engineer to design and operate an enterprise conversational analytics agent for clinical operations data. You will implement agent orchestration, semantic integrations and observability while ensuring traceability, security and high-quality answers in a governance-first setting.

You will apply your knowledge of Python, LLM Agents, Snowflake, and advanced analytics to deliver reliable, explainable, and secure AI-powered insights. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a governance-first environment focused on quality, compliance, and innovation.

What you will bring

• Strong production experience developing applications in Python.
• Advanced SQL expertise including analytical queries, window functions and performance optimization.
• Hands‑on experience with prompt engineering, function calling and LLM agent architectures such as ReAct or plan-and-execute.
• Experience with Snowflake, data modelling and conversational analytics or text-to-SQL solutions.
• Experience orchestrating AI agents using LangGraph or comparable agent frameworks.
• Experience with AI evaluation, observability and CI/CD practices for production-grade AI systems.
