Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of successful technical sales experience within fertilizers, plant nutrition, or related ingredients and raw materials
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Additional European languages are considered an advantage
Responsibilities
- Driving sales and business development of Borregaard's portfolio for crop protection and plant nutrition industries
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities while building a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
- Acting as a trusted commercial and technical advisor to customers across procurement, R&D, operations, and senior management
- Expanding Borregaard's market presence through strategic relationship building with customers, distributors, and key industry stakeholders
- Leading customer development activities and managing key accounts for long-term growth and profitability
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Technical Service to develop innovative products, applications, and market opportunities
- Developing and executing business plans with clear growth objectives, revenue targets, and market development initiatives
