Factorial HR is seeking a Country Manager for Central-East Europe to spearhead market entry and growth from Barcelona or Warsaw. You'll design and implement strategies, recruit partners, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of B2B SaaS experience, proficiency in English and another regional language, and a proven track record in market entry and business building. This role offers a high-growth multicultural environment and benefits including private health insurance and language classes.

Formación

• 5+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Market Launcher roles in B2B SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in English and one Baltic/Central & Eastern European language.
• Track record of market entry in emerging markets.
• Experience with partnership and channel sales.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement market entry strategy for Central-East Europe.
• Identify, recruit, and activate partners for local presence.
• Establish strong relationships with HR tech partners and stakeholders.
• Represent Factorial in local events and networks.
• Collect market insights and refine strategy.
