A leading automotive company is seeking a skilled professional for a Technical Support role in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Spain. This full-time position requires a Bachelor's in mechanical or automotive engineering and 2-3 years of technical support experience. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and supporting training plans to enhance customer understanding. Fluent Spanish and English are essential; knowledge of regional regulations is a plus.

Formación

• 2-3 years of automobile technical support work experience with a proven track record in Spain.
• Knowledge of new energy and HV is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Spain regional regulatory requirements on warranty, service packs, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Support both internal and external stakeholders with all technical inquiries.
• Handle technical inquiry tickets via the OEM platform and achieve related KPIs.
• Conduct Homologation Studies and communicate with the OEM.
• Support the technical manager with the technical training plan.
