Descripción del empleo

Support the Product Manager in the local implementation and day-to-day coordination of Geely Auto Spain's passenger vehicle portfolio. Ensure accurate product information, consistent customer-facing content and effective launch preparation for the Spanish market.

Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Aftersales and the dealer network to translate vehicle features into clear customer benefits, coordinate product enquiries and support product-related administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain local product documentation for dealers, including product bulletins, technical data sheets, specification and equipment lists, model comparisons and unique selling propositions (USPs).
  • Adapt global product materials to the Spanish market, checking model versions, equipment, terminology and technical accuracy with the relevant teams before release.
  • Maintain an up-to-date product information repository, track changes across model years and versions, and communicate approved updates to internal teams and dealers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to review product content for websites, brochures, campaigns and press releases, ensuring consistency with approved specifications and product positioning.
  • Translate technical features into clear sales arguments and customer benefits, supporting the preparation of dealer presentations, product FAQs and training materials.
  • Support administrative activities related to vehicle homologation and registrations, including collecting documentation, checking completeness, maintaining records and following up on outstanding items with the responsible teams.
  • Coordinate requests for technical information and certificates with headquarters and local stakeholders, escalating discrepancies or missing information to the relevant specialists.
  • Support product launch plans by maintaining action lists, tracking milestones and coordinating required materials and inputs across Product, Marketing, Sales, Aftersales and the dealer network.
  • Help prepare product presentations, dealer briefings and launch activities, ensuring stakeholders receive accurate information and required materials on time.
  • Provide product information support to Sales and Aftersales for dealer and customer enquiries, resolving routine questions and coordinating specialist input for complex requests.
  • Track recurring product questions and dealer feedback, update FAQs and flag information gaps or improvement opportunities to the Product Manager.
  • Monitor competitor specifications, equipment and positioning to support product comparisons and the development of relevant sales arguments.
  • Provide regular updates on assigned activities, open issues and deadlines, highlighting risks that could affect product communication or launch readiness.

Experience

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related discipline is desirable.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry, ideally in product, product marketing, sales support or a related role within a manufacturer, importer or dealer organisation.
  • Experience preparing or reviewing vehicle specifications, product documentation, commercial presentations or dealer-facing materials.
  • Working knowledge of the Spanish automotive market, vehicle technologies, equipment and customer needs; familiarity with electrified vehicles is an advantage.
  • English is mandatory, both written and spoken, to review technical materials and communicate with international teams. Fluent Spanish is required.
  • Familiarity with homologation or vehicle registration documentation is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to the accuracy and consistency of product information.
  • Ability to explain technical features clearly.
  • Strong organisation, prioritisation and follow-up skills, with reliable delivery against deadlines.
  • Collaborative approach and effective communication with internal teams, international colleagues and dealers.
  • Customer and dealer service orientation.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to compare specifications, identify discrepancies and summarise findings.
  • Proactive attitude, ownership of assigned tasks and sound judgement on when to elevate issues.

Managerial Responsibilities

No direct people management responsibilities. Coordinate assigned activities with cross-functional stakeholders in support of the Product Manager.
